Los Chakras y Métodos para Balancearlos.

A menudo hemos escuchado la palabra “chakras”. Pero qué son los chakras y por qué son tan importante y populares? La palabra Chakra viene de una palabra en sanscrito que significa “rueda”. Son centros de energías ubicados en sitios estratégico (línea central del cuerpo)  que distribuyen la fuerza de vida  o qi a todos los órganos y partes del cuerpo. Por lo general se habla de siete chakras principales. Cada tradición señala un número diferente de ellos: por ejemplo los Budistas mencionan que existen nueve chakras, los hinduistas sostienen que  existen siete, los  tibetanos mencionan cuatro y así sucesivamente.  En lo que sí coinciden es que éstas  maravillosas “ruedas” energéticas son muy importantes  y que tienen que estar balanceados para nuestro bienestar físico, mental  y espiritual.

                Por qué pueden desbalancearse los chakras?  Existen diversas razones que pueden bloquear los centros energéticos tales como el estrés, experiencias traumáticas o fuertes, que pueden impedir así que el chakra absorba, procese y distribuya apropiadamente la energía a través del cuerpo.   La buena noticia es que existen varios métodos para balancear los chakras.  Dentro de éstos métodos se pueden mencionar  la utilización de cristales, reiki,  terapia con ángeles y terapia de respuesta espiritual, y kundalini .

La meta principal de estos métodos para balancear los chakras es devolverle a cada uno de ellos su estado óptimo de funcionamiento y armonía con los demás centros de energía, lo cual traerá una mejor calidad de vida y mejor conexión con nuestra espiritualidad. Lo importante es buscar el método con el cual te sientas más identificado y cómodo ya que a la final la intención que ponemos en el método es lo que hace la diferencia!

Los Angeles y Tu

En las diferentes religiones es conocida la existencia de los ángeles  con el mismo significado: como mensajeros  y ayudantes de Dios en la tierra.  Los ángeles quieren lograr el plan que tiene Dios  de un mundo  feliz y armonioso. Así que la felicidad y armonía de cada uno de nosotros como parte de ese mundo, traerá como sumatoria final  la realización de ese plan divino. La manera que tienen los ángeles de lograr esa armonía en cada uno de nosotros es guiándonos y asistiéndonos en todas las áreas de nuestra vida.

  Bajo el nombre de “ángeles” normalmente las personas engloban de manera general  las categorías más conocidas de éstos maravillosos mensajeros: arcángeles y ángeles guardianes. Todos contamos con  ángeles guardianes  los cuales son personalmente asignados por el Creador a cada uno de nosotros para toda la vida. Su función consiste en protegernos, consolarnos cuando estamos tristes o pasando por momentos difíciles.

Los Arcángeles son los que supervisan a los ángeles guardianes. Dependiendo de la religión que sigas, encontraremos que algunas mencionan la existencia de cuatro arcángeles, otros de siete o de un número infinito de ellos. Todos recibimos ayuda por igual ya que ellos tienen la capacidad de estar con cada uno de nosotros, individualmente y simultáneamente debido a que no tienen limitaciones ni de tiempo ni de espacio como ocurre en el mundo terrenal.

No necesitamos de cualidades especiales para comunicarnos con los ángeles, sino que es una cuestión de estar abierto a trabajar con ellos, llámalos con amor y simplemente manteniendo la intención en nuestra mente ya sea visualizándolo, diciendo su nombre mentalmente o en voz alta y ellos vendrán a nuestra ayuda. Ellos no pueden intervenir en nuestro libre albedrío, es por eso que si queremos trabajar con ellos tenemos que pedírselo ( a menos que sea una emergencia y que no sea nuestro momento de volver a los reinos espirituales). Una vez que le des espacio en tu vida a estos hermosos seres espirituales, sentirás que nunca estas solo enfrentando los retos de esta encarnación ya que cuentas con estos aliados maravillosos acompañandote en este viaje de aprendizaje.

Day of Archangel Michael

       According to old records, the day of Archangel Michael is celebrated on September 29 each year. Since 1970, the Western Catholic consecrated on September 29 to celebrate the feast of the Holy Archangels, however, in many countries this date still known as the special day that celebrates this wonderful arcangel protector.

    His name means "Who is like God." Often we can see that the Archangel Michael is called " Archangel St, Michael" because Pope Pius appointed him as the official patron of policemen and soldiers. He is also the protector of mankind, the supreme commander of all archangels, and directs the celestial forces called "Legions of Light" or also known as "The Band of Mercy" to defend the light and goodness. He used his sword to cut any negative energy that comes from people (living or dead).

     We invoke the presence of Archangel Michael always felt fear that negative sources, or we're in a crowded place where people is upset or  you feel too heavy on atmosphere, we call him to clear these negative energies. Call him for clear energy on where  you feel energies of sadness, anxiety and anger left by the former owners in an office  or home or you've recently purchased. So we can call him whenever we feel in our hearts or our minds worries that invade our peace and sleep.

     The color of his aura is cobalt blue (or royal blue), with which we ask him to cover us to ensure his protection. His crystal or stone are sugilite and lapis lazuli. To invoke his help we do not need any special formula, only the intention and faith to connect with this wonderful archangel. However, there is a few prayers of Archangel Michael that have wonderful results. Here I am going to copy some of them. Enjoy your day of Archangel Michael!
